What Should I do if I Don't Receive a Registration Confirmation Email?

• Confirm that the state where you are licensed is an active member of the Compact and currently issuing privileges. To be eligible, you must both reside in your licensing state and that state must be participating in the Compact. If these conditions aren’t met, you may not be able to register.
• Check your spam or junk folder
• If you are using a professional email, it is possible your IT security team has set up a security filter which caught our email.

My Temporary Password Expired. What do I do?

• Temporary passwords only valid for 24 hours. You can re-register, and you will receive a new temporary password.

My Temporary Password Didn’t Work. What do I do?

• Try copying and pasting your temporary password instead of typing it, since some characters are easy to confuse. 

I entered the wrong email when registering. What do I do?

• You can re-register with the correct email after 24 hours have passed.
