Viewing Privileges
Your active privileges are listed in the Privileges section of your dashboard.
You’ll also receive a confirmation email with your privilege number. If you don’t see it, check your Junk/Spam folder.
Greyed-Out States
Your home state will always appear grey. You cannot purchase a privilege in your home state.
States where you already hold a privilege also appear grey until they are eligible for renewal.
Renewals
When a privilege is eligible for renewal, the state will no longer appear grey, and you’ll be able to re-purchase it.
Renewal reminders are sent by email.
Updating Information
If your personal information is incorrect (name, date of birth, etc.), contact your home state to update it.
You can update your email address yourself under Account settings in the left-hand menu.
